Upload Customer Files Through Your GuildQuality Account
Compile your customer contact information and project details in a CSV spreadsheet. You can also export your customer contact information and project details from your CRM system. When you have the CSV spreadsheet, upload them through the Add Survey drop down on you navigation bar and clicking Import Contacts.
Add Customers Individually Through Your GuildQuality Account
If you do not have a CRM system or you complete a smaller number of projects, you might want to add your customer’s project information individually. You can find where to do this through the Add Survey drop down on you navigation bar and clicking Add Contact.
Email Your Clients Directly to Our Data Team
When all else fails, you’re welcome to email your customer contact information, in an excel form, directly to email@example.com. Our data team will upload the list for you and send a confirmation email once the upload is complete.
