The Survey Process

The best homebuilders, remodelers, and home services contractors understand and respect the influence their customers have on the long-term success of their business. With the help of social media and online review sites, a customer’s experience with your company can go viral. Now more than ever, it’s important to be proactive with your customers and evaluate the type of experience they had with your company.

Determining whether your clients are truly satisfied with your work isn’t easy. In order to get an unbiased assessment of your performance, it’s critical to remove yourself from the equation and invite a third-party to gather customer feedback on your behalf. Surveying your customers through GuildQuality can help you to better understand your company’s strengths and weaknesses in order to improve the quality of your service.

GuildQuality uses a proven, multi-touch survey process to gather feedback from homeowners. On your behalf, we reach out to your customers by email and phone. Our surveying team averages three attempts per survey completion. Please note: It can take up to 60 days for all attempts to be made (if needed) dependent on weekends/holidays.

Your customers can also call into the survey hotline at 844-585-1199 to complete their survey during the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 9 am – 11 pm EST

Saturday: 11 am – 9 pm EST

Upload Customer Files Through Your GuildQuality Account

Compile your customer contact information and project details in a CSV spreadsheet. You can also export your customer contact information and project details from your CRM system. When you have the CSV spreadsheet, upload them through the Add Survey drop down on you navigation bar and clicking Import Contacts.

Add Customers Individually Through Your GuildQuality Account

If you do not have a CRM system or you complete a smaller number of projects, you might want to add your customer’s project information individually.  You can find where to do this through the Add Survey drop down on you navigation bar and clicking Add Contact. 

Email Your Clients Directly to Our Data Team

When all else fails, you’re welcome to email your customer contact information, in an excel form, directly to Our data team will upload the list for you and send a confirmation email once the upload is complete.
