You can use custom fields to track trends on data points beyond Team and Types of Work.
Depending on line of business, you may want to track specifics that would be useful to your growth or to your team’s knowledge. Here are a few suggestions we have:
- Lead Source
- Product Type
- Subcontractors (If they’re not already listed as part of your Crew team)
- Community Name
- Floor Plan / Elevation
You can add new custom fields by navigating to the “Custom fields” page in the account menu. Any fields and options you define here will show up on contact pages and your company reports.
