We offer the ability to publicly respond to all of your reviews. Whether you want to thank a customer for their positive feedback, or dispute a review from an unhappy homeowner, once the survey is completed, you can publish a response to your GuildQuality Profile. Using the “Respond” button will allow the comment to post to your profile in line with the review, but will also notify your homeowner that you’ve responded in case they can benefit from the information you’ve shared.
To respond to a review, once logged into your account, go to the surveys tab and then your inbox, and locate the completed survey. Click on the survey and click the “respond” button.
You can also respond by going to the contacts tab, selecting the contact, and opening the project information.
Lastly, you can respond directly from you public profile page
