Survey Expiration

By default, surveys expire 120 days from the initial attempt through phone, text, or email. What does “expire” signify? When a survey reaches the 120th day and we have exhausted all efforts to conduct a survey, your customers will no longer be able to complete it. When a survey expires, its status will be labeled as “No Response” in your account’s dashboard.

If you wish to change the default 120-day survey expiration period, you can customize it while editing your survey template. Simply scroll to the bottom of the template editor and adjust the settings in the provided drop-down fields as shown below.
