Survey Removal

To maintain the integrity of the survey process, we are unable to remove a review or survey once it has been completed by the customer with the exception of:

  1. The customer provided feedback for the wrong company.
  2. The customer did not pay anything for work completed

If you have a review meeting the above guidelines that you would like to have removed, please email support@guildquality.com for further assistance.

If you received a review and would like the opportunity to have the customer complete a new survey, please refer to The Resurvey Process for additional information.
