Auto-completion is an optional feature you can enable on any survey template within the survey customization settings. This feature allows any partially completed survey attempt to register as a completed survey on your account’s dashboard once a survey expires.

Additionally, if they answered the Likely to Recommend question, that response will be published anonymously once the survey expires and shifts to auto-complete. Your customers will be made aware of this possibility with the below message at the bottom of their survey page.

What counts as a partially completed survey? If your customer is completing their survey on their web browser or phone, we store their answers internally if they abandon the survey before completion.
