Generally, your homeowners will answer the 0-4 or yes/no questions to give you a valid score. However, in the event that they feel the question does not pertain to their project, or they aren’t comfortable answering a specific question, they have the option to select “N/A” as an answer.
Your reporting only takes into account 0-4 or Yes/No responses from your surveys. Questions marked N/A, or “skipped” questions, are left out of your percentages completely and do not affect the overall question rating. The score at the top of your survey is reflected with a % that does include skipped questions, but it is only visible to you and your team for tracking purposes, and is not marketed in any way.
