Peer Groups
Benchmarking is a critical component of your success with GuildQuality. You may not have perfect scores all the time, but knowing how you stand up to your competition can help you understand your company’s position.
Questions Marked N/A
Generally, your homeowners will answer the 0-4 or yes/no questions to give you a valid score. However, in the event that they feel the question does not pertain to their project, or they aren’t comfortable answering a specific question, they have the option to select “N/A” as an answer.
Negative Survey Feedback
Ideally, the more you survey, the more your customer feedback will be overwhelmingly positive. Realistically, you will get a few surveys that have feedback that you may not want to market for a handful of reasons.
The Scorecard Report
The Scorecard Report allows you to view your percentage scores in real time anytime. You can view this feedback in a variety of helpful ways.
The Scorecard Index
The Scorecard Index allows you to view what percentage of customers fall within a given parameter. By default, the report is set to “Agree or better, >2”.
GQI : The GuildQuality Index
Within The Scorecard Report you’ll see the option to view your results by Scorecard Index. Most of the results give you the percentage of scores and omit the rest.
The Comments Report
You can publish positive feedback, explore negative feedback, and respond to public reviews all within the Comments Report on your GuildQuality account. You can isolate by specific questions, depending on what you’re looking to accomplish.
The Comparison Report
Using the Comparison Report, you can compare your survey performance to the performance of your peer group to see how you stand up against your competitors. Benchmarking can be an effective way of gauging quality and improvement zones.
The Details Report
The Details Report allows you to view your average scores, on a scale of 0-4, in real time anytime. You can view this feedback in a variety of helpful ways.
Push Reports
GuildQuality is equipped to schedule automated customized reports to you and your team members. If you find that you’re constantly pulling the same reports time and again, setting up Push Reports can save you time.
Bundled Reporting
Question Bundles provide a great way to group similar questions together for your reports. This can help you isolate specific areas of your work, or it can help you look at team reporting with only relevant questions.
Create Custom Filters
Custom Filters allow you to further organize your customer satisfaction survey responses and quickly access feedback for specific pieces of your customer projects. Cleaning Up Filter Values
Default and Custom filters allow you to view reports in a variety of ways to help you dissect feedback for teams, product types, lead sources, etc. It can be valuable to track performance on specific filters to see where you might need to focus more energy.
