First, you’ll need to ensure you’re opted into Star Reviews. Hover over Marketing and select Profile. Under Reviews and Customer Feedback, check “Ask for and publish reviews.”
Once you’ve ensured you’re opted into the reviews, look at how you educate your clients on providing feedback. Tailor the language here to stress the importance of leaving reviews and providing ratings on the surveys, in addition to any feedback you’d like to learn from them. Some of our members even offer incentive programs for completing a star review.
