Member Milestone Emails are notifications from GuildQuality sharing that you and your team have hit positive feedback milestones in your program. These milestones are published to your GuildQuality profile, and can be repeated as often as they happen.
These emails are sent out when you receive 5, 10, 20, or 50 very satisfied customer survey responses in a row. We define “very satisfied customers” as a client who provides you with a 4 on your Likely to Recommend question.
