Co-Op Advertising

We’ve designed the co-op advertising program to help GuildQuality expand awareness among homeowners of what it means to be a member of our community of quality.
By referencing your GuildQuality membership in your advertising, you can earn discounts on your membership fees. Using the GuildQuality Brand Standards as a guide, include GuildQuality in your advertising.
We’re only issuing credits for ads that a) meet our standards and b) haven’t yet run.
  • Request and receive approval from GuildQuality on your advertising copy prior to running your ad.
  • Forward us a copy of your invoice, and let us know when the ad will run.

Once the ad runs, we’ll issue you a credit of the lesser amount of:

  • EITHER 25% of the advertisement’s cost
  • OR 10% of the GuildQuality fees you’ve paid in the prior 12 months
  • No more than $1000 will be credited for each co-op campaign that is accepted.

Credits will only be issued for one ad at a time.

Accepted ad outlets:

  • Direct Mailers
  • Door Hangers
  • Yard Signs
  • TV Commercials
  • Print Ads (full, half, and quarter page allowed)
  • Online Advertisements (including Adwords Campaigns, Banner Ads, Facebook and Twitter Ads)
  • Radio Spots
  • Billboards
  • Truck Wraps
