Acculynx Export

Here are the instructions to generate an Excel file from an AccuLynx Report to upload directly to or send into GuildQuality:

    1. Log into your AccuLynx Account.
    2. At the top of the screen locate your Reports menu.
    3. In the Report Library, locate the Jobs Report.
    4. Set the Date Range at the top left to All Data and the Reference Date to Lead Date.
    5. Use the Actions Menu at the top right and choose Edit Report.
    6. On the left, select Edit for Columns.
    7. Be sure you have the following options listed on the right, at minimum:
      • Primary Contact: Name
      • Location: Full Address
      • Primary Contact: Phone
      • Primary Contact: Email
    8. You can also add the following columns:
      • Primary Salesperson
      • Sales Owner
      • A/R Owner
      • Lead Source
      • Job Category, etc.
    9. When you have finished, use the Actions Menu at the top right again and select Download/Export.
    10. Select Excel as the File Type and choose Download.

Once you have your export, you can upload it to your account, or email it to with your company name and any special instructions you might have.
