Acculynx Export

Here are the instructions to generate an Excel file from an AccuLynx Report to upload directly to or send into GuildQuality: Log into your AccuLynx Account. At the top of the screen locate your Reports menu.

JobNimbus Export

In JobNimbus, you can create a custom report for your customers who are ready to be surveyed that will update based on a given timeframe and job status. Create a Custom Report Log in, then click on Reports on the left side of the page.

BuilderTrend Export

From the Lead Opportunities grid, use the filter options at the top to filter by date and lead status. Once you’ve filtered for the customers or leads you’re ready to send to GuildQuality, click on the Excel icon directly above the grid to export.

HighRise Export

Click the Contacts tab on the left menu. Click the Export link on the right side of your Contacts page, and then “Export to CSV“: Once you have your export, you can upload it to your account, or email it to data@guildquality.
