Star Reviews Explained

GuildQuality Reviews are star-based reviews derived from the Likely to Recommend question. The answer to the 0-4 Likely to Recommend question forms the 1-5 star rating that appears alongside each review.

If you’re opted into GuildQuality Reviews, we ask the review question on every survey where the LTR question appears, and we publish every review we receive, to your Profile Page.

This rating may also appear in the results when your profile returns in a Google search for your company name:

Opt into Star Reviews

Hover over Marketing in the top menu and select Profile. In the section titled “Reviews and Customer Feedback”, select “Ask for and publish reviews”.

Opt out of Star Reviews

Hover over Marketing in the top menu and select Profile. In the section titled “Reviews and Customer Feedback”, select “Do not ask for public reviews”. All reviews that you’ve previously received will no longer be displayed on your profile page. They will continue to be visible inside your account and will return to your profile if you opt back in. This may disable your ability to publish your Customer Feedback bars, but you are still welcome to publish anonymous comments.

Respond to Reviews

Since reviews, unlike regular comments, automatically post to your profile page you may not see the option to Publish in the bottom right corner of each review. Instead, you’ll see the option to Respond to the review. Your response will appear on our GuildQuality profile page, directly below the original review. If you do see a Publish button, you’ve been given control over whether or not to publish the review to your Twitter feed.

GuildQuality Reviews are ONLY available to members who use the 0 to 4 Likely to Recommend question as opposed to the original Yes or No Recommend question.
